BLACK VINYL
Vinyl records are made of PVC (polyvinyl chloride), which in essence is translucent and colourless; carbon black is added to produce a stronger compound and also contains a slickness which is advantageous in the pressing process.
Long considered the standard in vinyl manufacturing, black records are the classic option.COLOUR VINYL (STANDARD)

Red, Blue, Yellow and Green are the standard colour options, in either translucent or opaque. White and Clear are also available.COLOUR VINYL (MIXED)
Mixed colour vinyl, created by combining two or more standard colours, has an appearance so distinctive that it gives the impression of a limited run. Although exact colour matching is not possible given the process, we come as close as possible to your specifications. For best results, provide a Pantone reference to give our pressing techs a guide but be prepared for unexpected results too.SPECIALTY VINYL (SPLATTER/BLEND/HALF AND HALF, ETC)
If you’re looking to get really creative with the look of your vinyl, this would be the route to go. Choose a colour base and splatter other colours over it for an intense visual display; go with a blended look to create a striking and unique pattern; or select two colours and create a half and half effect, splitting the colour of the record down the middle.

Your centre labels are printed as a set and can be either 1, 2 or full colour. 3 colour printing is more expensive than full colour (CMYK) which is why it’s not a listed option.
Centre labels are baked in an oven prior to going on press in order to eliminate moisture in the inks – otherwise the labels may bubble and tear during the process. Because of this, some alteration in colour should be anticipated.

The latest addition to our growing capacity as a print shop are our thick and sturdy 7" record jackets, made in-house on 15pt SBS board.
Available as glue-pocket or fold-over jackets, you can choose to print on the coated or uncoated side of the board, and in full colour or black and white.12" RECORD JACKETS

Our thick 20pt stock is C1S, meaning “coated one sideâ€. This coating has a semi-gloss luster that preserves the richness of offset printing. Bright and colourful designs are printed on the coated side of the board for maximum effect.
For those looking to create a tactile and textured piece, we can use the uncoated side of the stock in a process referred to as reverse board printing. Earthier tones and muted images complement this option best as colours tend to dull without the assistance of a coating.INSERTS, INNER SLEEVES & EXTRAS

For those looking to step their print packaging game up, we also offer a wide number of insertion pieces for your record jacket.
Inserts come in 7x7, 7x14, 11x11 and 11x22 with a variety of colour options. You can do a one-sided insert or double sided, black and white printing, full colour printing, or any other variation you can think of.
An inner sleeve is the paper that your vinyl is inserted directly into before being placed in the jacket. Traditionally these are blank white with a die cut hole, but you can also upgrade to a printed one. These printed inner sleeves can be black and white or full colour and come with an optional die cut centre hole (no extra cost).
We also print stickers to advertise the frills of your record. Display your record as 180 gram, tell the buyer there's a digital download included, or show off the vinyl as being an exclusive colour. Available in any shape or colour spec, stickers make a great finishing touch to your package.We also offer:
